The Solution​

Sun City Produce installed an AssetTracer smart locker system that was custom-built to meet the needs of their headset distribution management. This system provides detailed tracking and accountability, providing a record of who signed out which devices and when, and whether the devices were returned on time. Two smart lockers were implemented: one with 96 small doors for headsets and another with 24 larger doors for accessories.

 

The Results​​

The AssetTracer system immediately improved operations by significantly reducing the number of missing device reports and enhancing overall efficiency. The automated tracking provided greater visibility and control, addressing the previous issues of manual tracking and equipment shortages.

So, there's a lot of things that can happen, but now we were able to pinpoint it right away. Today, they have much tighter control over their headsets.
